Overview
We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team on a remote basis, with availability to start within 0–30 days. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Out-of-the-Box (OOB) features and custom web parts development.
The role involves designing, developing, and customizing SharePoint solutions to meet business needs, enhancing existing functionalities, and ensuring optimal performance and usability. A solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, best practices, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are essential

Key Responsibilities
- Work on SharePoint Online / Office 365 development and customization
- Utilize OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) features such as Lists, Libraries, and Workflows
- Design and develop SharePoint Web Parts (SPFx preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions
- Analyze requirements and provide efficient technical solutions
- Participate in debugging, testing, and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Good analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint (Online preferred).
- Experience working with OOTB features (Lists, Libraries, Permissions, Workflows).
- Knowledge of SharePoint Web Parts (SPFx is a plus).
- Basic exposure to .NET / C# and related technologies
