Kerry Group, a global taste and nutrition company, needed to know which competitors were investing where, which customers were signaling new priorities, and which of its own experts held the right knowledge. The signal was public, but analysts read it one profile at a time, so research was slow, inconsistent and months out of date.
The Kerry People Intelligence Hub: a secure web application that ingests public activity from Kerry employees, competitors and customer accounts into a governed corpus, with Claude reading and answering over it. Users sign in with single sign-on and ask questions like “Who at Kerry posts about clean-label beverages?”
Research now happens in the flow of work — before a customer meeting, while scoping a category, or the moment a competitor announces something. The same index made Kerry’s internal expertise findable, a benefit Kerry hadn’t set out to buy.
