Claude Partner Network

Atidan is a Certified partner in the Claude Partner Network Governed AI agents, built on Claude and the Microsoft systems your business already runs.

We take Claude, powered by Anthropic, from a promising prototype to an agent in production, with a person approving what matters. Our team designs the agent, builds Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors into Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and your line-of-business systems, and keeps it running, measured, and improving after go-live.

Two ways we put Claude to work

On the work still done by hand, and inside the Microsoft estate it depends on

01

Put Claude on the work still done by hand

Every business has processes that still run on someone reading, checking, and re-keying. We put Claude on them: the agent reads the request, checks the system of record through an MCP connector scoped to only the objects that process needs, works out the next step, and scores its confidence. Above the threshold it acts; below it, the case goes to a person with the reasoning shown. Fixed business rules handle what has to be exact. Claude handles the judgment rules cannot.

02

Run Claude inside your Microsoft 365 and Azure environment

Your documents, data, and identities already live in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Power Platform. We connect Claude to them under Entra ID, with role-based access, data loss prevention, and audit logging carried through, so the agent works from content your business already governs. Where it fits, we deliver Claude through Microsoft Foundry and Microsoft 365 Copilot so the experience lands where your people already work.

Autonomy, calibrated

Autonomous where it is confident, reviewed where it is not

The threshold is the design. Every proposed step carries a confidence signal, and a number tuned per process decides whether it executes on its own or goes to a person. Human-in-the-loop is what happens below the line, not a queue every action waits in.

  1. Read the request

The agent takes the request as it arrives, by email, Teams, form, or ticket, in the language your business already uses.

  2. Check the record

It reads the system of record through an MCP connector scoped to the objects that process needs, and nothing else.

  3. Score the step

It works out the next action and scores its own confidence against the evidence it found.

  4. Clear the threshold

Above the line the step runs on its own. Below it, the case goes to the process owner with the reasoning shown.

  5. Write it back

The step is written as a named identity, autonomous or approved, with every call logged either way.

The threshold starts conservative and moves on evidence. As evaluations hold, more of the volume runs unattended, and your people spend their time on the exceptions.

The partnership at work

Claude brings the reasoning. Atidan engineers the system around it.

A model on its own is a demo. This is what turns it into an agent a business can run.

Governed data underneath

An agent is only as trustworthy as the data it reads. We start with your data estate across SharePoint, Azure, Fabric, and Power BI, so the agent works from information your business already stands behind.

Connectors into the system of record

MCP connectors built with Claude Code, granted only the objects a process needs, running as a named Entra ID identity you can revoke, with every call logged.

A threshold, not a rubber stamp

Each process gets a confidence line tuned to what it can tolerate. Above it the agent acts; below it a person decides, seeing exactly what would change, field by field.

Evaluated before it scales

Evaluations measure accuracy against your production systems before a use case widens, so scaling rests on evidence rather than a demo that went well once.

Certified practitioners

Anthropic-certified practitioners on the build, working alongside the Microsoft-certified architects who already secure and run your cloud, across US, UK, and India time zones.

Documented, then kept improving

Documentation and runbooks ship with every agent. From there your team runs it, or Atidan keeps running, evaluating, and improving it as part of our managed cloud services.

Certified practitioners

The people behind the badge

Anthropic’s certifications test how practitioners design and build with Claude under real constraints: context management, tool use, agent boundaries, evaluation, and safety.

Claude Certified Architect

Designs the system: agent boundaries, tool permissions, context and memory strategy, evaluation harnesses, and the human approval gates.

Claude Certified Developer

Builds and ships it: the Claude Agent SDK, Claude Code in the engineering workflow, integrations, and the telemetry that records what was proposed, approved, and shipped.

Claude Certified Associate

Works alongside architects and developers on delivery and operations, and keeps the practice current as models and tooling change.

How an engagement works

From one process to an agent in production

Most engagements start with a fixed-scope assessment that ends in decisions, not a proposal. From there, each stage is gated on evidence before the next one begins.

1

Assess

2–3 weeks

Process discovery and readiness review across your Microsoft 365, Azure, and line-of-business systems.

  • Opportunity map and baseline
  • Data and risk classification
  • First buildable use case
2

Pilot

4–6 weeks

One measurable improvement, proven against production data with a person approving every step.

  • MCP connector to the system of record
  • Approval design and threshold
  • Evaluation harness
3

Build & scale

8–16 weeks

Widen to more volume and more processes as evaluations hold, with security and compliance reviews built in.

  • Agent and agent-team rollout
  • Entra ID, DLP, and audit controls
  • Runbooks and enablement
4

Operate

Ongoing

Your team runs it, or Atidan runs it as a managed service: monitoring, evaluation, model updates, and continuous improvement.

  • 24×7 monitoring and support
  • Release-managed prompt and model changes
  • Quarterly value reviews
Who this is for

Built for teams that need AI they can defend

Microsoft-first enterprises

Organizations standardized on Microsoft 365 and Azure that want Claude working inside their existing identity, security, and compliance boundary rather than beside it.

Regulated industries

Pharma, life sciences, healthcare, and financial services teams that need human approval gates, full audit trails, and documented controls. We align delivery to your HIPAA, SOX, or GxP obligations.

Operations-heavy businesses

Media, professional services, and multi-location operators with document-heavy, rules-plus-judgment work that still runs on spreadsheets, inboxes, and manual re-keying.

Frequently asked questions

About Atidan and the Claude Partner Network

Is Atidan part of Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network?

Yes. Atidan Technologies is a Certified partner in the Claude Partner Network. You can learn about the program at claude.com/partners.

What is the Claude Partner Network?

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and proving that work through customer references.

Will Claude work with our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment?

Yes. We connect Claude to SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, Azure data services, and custom applications through scoped MCP connectors that run under Entra ID identities, so your existing permissions, retention, and audit policies continue to apply.

How do you keep our data secure?

Every connector is limited to the objects a process needs, runs as a named identity you can revoke, and logs every call. Approval gates keep sensitive actions under human authority, and we review data handling against your compliance requirements before anything goes live.

Do we have to use Claude to work with Atidan?

No. Claude is a focus of our AI practice, and we also deliver on Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, and other models where they fit. We design systems so the model layer can change without a rebuild, and the business logic, data, and integrations stay in your tenant.

Can you run the agents for us after go-live?

Yes. Through our managed cloud services, Atidan monitors, evaluates, and improves your agents on an ongoing basis, including release-managed updates when models or prompts change.

Tell us the process your team still does by hand.

We’ll come back with the first agent, the data it needs, and a plan to put it in production.
