Overview
We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Developer who can join our team immediately or within 30 days. This is a fully remote position.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs. You will work on SharePoint Online and/or on-premises environments, building custom components, workflows, and integrations using modern frameworks and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint development, including SPFx, Power Platform integration, and Microsoft 365 services. You should also be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and security in a remote work environment

Development
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and design solutions to support the business-technology initiatives of the Client.
- Develop and define business and technical requirements and solution designs for defined projects as part of technical and analytical guidance.
- Develop backend and frontend components to extend the SharePoint environment/system's capabilities.
- Manage technical design and development, evaluate and troubleshoot functional design and system architecture, component, and framework programming, as well as participate in technical decision-making.
- Develop and present prototypes for conceptual and functional innovation assessment and evaluation.
- Provide support and maintenance for the Client's SharePoint environment
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years exp on SharePoint Online (Modern + Classic)
- Good experience on SharePoint Modern Intranet - Modern list and Libraries, out-of-the-box features, Search, etc.
- SharePoint Migration experience (Sharegate, PnP, Metalogix)
- Good experience on SharePoint Online
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Governance and Administration
- Exp in Power Apps, Power Automate
- Knowledge of all M365 Services and their integration with SharePoint
- Good problem-solving skills, Ready to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills articulate and able to communicate effectively at all levels
