We are looking to hire an ServiceNow Developer / Service Now Lead Developer who is available to join immediately or within 30 days. This is a fully remote opportunity
Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 4 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, specializing in platform customization, workflow automation, integrations, and process optimization.
Accomplished ServiceNow Technical Lead with 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, including 3+ years leading cross-functional teams, architecting scalable solutions, and overseeing end-to-end project delivery

Development
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and development best practices.
- Work on ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Finance, MDM, and custom ServiceNow applications.
- Develop workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, business rules, and Service Portal/Employee Center components.
- Design and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support platform upgrades, releases, governance, and transition to support activities.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Hands-on experience in Scoped Application Development and custom application development.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
