Education criteria- (B.E (Computer /IT / EXTC), BSc ( IT/Computers)/BCA Flexible for 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST
Roles & Responsibilities
- Screening resumes of the candidates based on the job description available.
- Shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resume, location, experience, previous employers etc.
- Calling the shortlisted candidates to know their interest about the job opening.
- Convincing employees to attend the interviews.
- Finalising interview schedule and making the interviewer to be available for taking the interview.
- After interview sharing feedback with the employee.
- In case if they are selected then salary negotiation and follow up with them till onboarding.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- 0 -2 years of experience working on IT recruitements / Techncial Recruitements.
- Flexible to extend to meet daily targets.
- There may be a requirement to work from 11.30 am to 9.00 pm.
- Should be able to generate leads talking by to candidates.
- Preferably candidates from Mumbai.
- Basic Excel skills.
