Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Developer who can join our team immediately or within 30 days. This is a fully remote position
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building custom applications, automating workflows, and integrating data across systems. You should also be comfortable working in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with business needs.

Development
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Canvas applications tailored to business needs.
- Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, including scheduled, instant, and automated cloud flows.
- Architect and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, and business rules.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party APIs and enterprise services.
- Write and maintain Shell scripts to support deployment pipelines and environment automation.
- Collaborate with SharePoint to extend and complement Power Platform solutions where applicable.
- Participate in solution reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing with the team.
- Ensure quality, security, and governance best practices in all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas Apps) development.
- Deep working knowledge of Power Automate flows and connectors.
- Solid understanding of Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and business logic.
- Experience writing Shell scripts for automation and deployment tasks.
- Proven experience in integrating Power Platform with external APIs and third-party services.
- Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SharePoint as a data source or integration target within Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Azure AD.
- Understanding of Power BI for reporting and analytics integration.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.
