We are hiring for HR Performance Manager with Minimum 5 years of relevant experience into Performance Management. MBA in HR is preferred with excellent communication skills.

- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills and capability to supervise and motivate the team to work collectively and efficiently
- Train and ensure the right work ethics in staff.
- Implement performance benchmarks and enhance performance.
- Have a process to know poor performers early.
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels and people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Experience in IT industry a must. In project management is a plus.
