We are hiring for Business Development Executive with Minimum 3 years of relevant experience into Business Development. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Roles & Responsibilities
Establish a Go-To-Market plan for West Coast territory and perform new business development activities.
Assess value proposition, competitive differentiation, and positioning to ensure the strongest competitive advantage for the organization.
Lead deal qualification, pursuit strategy, proposal and contract preparation, negotiation, and deal closure activities.
Own responsibility for the assigned territory/accounts and create rapid top-line growth to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's services and competitive strategies.
Collaborate with executive management, practice leadership, and delivery teams on an ongoing basis.
Engage with partners and drive joint pursuits through consultative selling and differentiation.
Create sales strategies and tactics including Account Based Marketing ABD, lead generation, and account mining.
Participate in periodic cadence and review meetings.
Log meetings and sales activities in the system / report.
Passionate and interested in understanding core customer objectives and requirements, and motivated to help customers achieve their objectives.
Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills is a must - with an ability to summarize and convey key insights.
Consistent performance in achieving quarterly/annual targets through relationship selling and strategic account management.
Ability to build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
IT Service Sales / Consulting Services Sales experience (e.g., ADM, Testing, ERP, RIMS, Cloud, AI etc.) (3 - 8 yrs. min) across various industries and verticals.
Good understanding of the US market and established relationships in the region.
Solid understanding of business applications, preferably in Microsoft Cloud Azure.
