ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our software projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, building relationships with C-level executives (Directors, VPs, etc.), and supporting the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to cold-calling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Business Development
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients and decision-makers within target industries.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.
C-Level Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives (Directors, VPs, CEOs, etc.) to understand their business needs and position our software solutions effectively.
- Conduct personalized outreach to key decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Cold-Calling & Outreach:
- Initiate cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions and schedule meetings.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships through consistent communication.
Call Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate sales calls, demos, and meetings with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless preparation and execution of client interactions.
Deal Closing Support:
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team post-sale.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and revenue targets.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology solutions, Fresh MBAs OR Call centre executives experienced in speaking to US / Europe / Australia.
- Demonstrated success in sales calls, email campaigns, lead generation, cold-calling, and closing deals.
- Strong ability to engage and build relationships with C-level executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of software development processes and solutions is a plus.
