Roles & Responsibilities
- Graduation from a technical background (BE/B.Tech/ BCA/ BSc IT) preferred.
- Manage recruitment teams and client interaction.
- Meet the recruitment goals including timely closure of positions and quality of hires.
- Enhance candidate experience.
- Enhance the sourcing channels and speed of hiring.
- Enhance quality of candidates and quality of screening.
- Attract good talent at fresher as well as senior levels.
- Improve backout rates.
- Improve closures via past employee referrals.
- Bring experience of using state of the art software around ATS, HRIS.
- Familiarity with Ai.
- Online and offline employer branding.
- Enhance reporting and key metrics measurement.
- Opportunity to work with niche skills.
Qualification and Experience
- 8+ years experience in hiring.
- 5+ years in IT hiring.
- Bachelor in science/ engineering or Masters in other fields.
Technical Skills
- Thorough understanding of the IT recruitment life cycle.
- Well-versed with recruitment tools.
- Well versed with Excel.
- Ability to screen dev and IT candidates well. Knowledge of minimum 3 technologies.
