Training Coordinator required lead our employee development initiatives and Microsoft competency, related trainings and certifications programs and Manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct all training programs to oversee all professional development at our company.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conducting organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
Manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct all training programs to oversee all professional development at our company (outsourced and/or in-house).
Map out annual training plans for developers, management, support and other departments.
Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals.
Create annual certification plan for all resources.
Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs.
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.
Liaise with Microsoft regarding advisory hours and other training methods.
Create a repository of all training material and courses.
Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
Keeping updated with the latest features and solutions for the products supported, and up-skilling as and when Program demands.
Create training material, videos, text etc. to automate the training and skill upgradation processes.
Maintain organisation level skill matrix and drive the skill upgradation process in a systematic and planned way.
Experience in setting up a training framework for a mid-sized IT service firm.
Experience in Microsoft competency, related trainings and certifications.
Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation.
Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
Experience with e-learning platforms.
MS Office proficiency.
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Strong communication skills.
Experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning.
Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development.
You should also be familiar with the instructors, equipment and educational material requirements for each project. This would include an overview of all the technology we work with in IT and Dev areas.
