Onborading resources for cloud and microsoft technologies will be an addon.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ownership of Full cycle recruiting and close active and passive candidates through Naukri portal, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, networking, internal database, social sites, etc.
Source, screen, evaluate and select candidates through a structured recruitment process designed to obtain the right fit candidates.
Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including direct research.
Ability to handle volume and quality recruiting in a fast paced, structured environment, adhering to strict deadline.
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
Should have the ability to deliver results as per onboarding timelines.
Strong sense of urgency, able to prioritize and quickly change direction.
A true passion for finding the right candidate.
Desired Skills & Experience
4-8 Years Relevant Exp Plus in full life cycle Technical Recruitment in a fast-paced environment sourcing a broad range of technical roles.
Should be a Graduate in any Stream with good communication and convincing skills.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
