10+ years of handling E2E Project management, Program management, Delivery management and should have grown as MS technology hands-on leader. Certified CSM, PMP
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project & Program management & delivery managment of multiple global clients, accounts, enterprise application E2E in Microsoft or Object-oriented projects.
- Strong technology background in Microsoft stack (.NET /SP/ SQL etc).
- Extensive contribution on delivery management using Agile and Waterfall methodology.
- CSM / A-CSM or equivalent and PMP certifications.
- Ownership on Project Management, Estimation, Reporting, Requirement elicitation and analysis, Project Scheduling and Resource Management.
- Design concepts, good logical reasoning, technology solution breadth.
- Consultative & Solution-oriented - Ability to propose design and development approach.
- Planning, budgeting, and reporting on projects, ensure all deliverables are in line with expected quality.
- Experience with handling high severity multiple project issues.
- Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements across project phases.
- Able to guide the team through the development and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively.
- Should be able to drive and manage strategic client accounts on program level .
- Across level Stakeholder Management, People management experience, Allocation, Billability.
- Strong Leadership Skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to proactively call out issues and risks and provide solutions.
- Academic qualification expectation (if any): Any Graduate- B.E./B.Tech./B.S.C. in IT/Comp. Science.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 10-12 years of Project & Program management & delivery experience with IT industry in Microsoft or Object-oriented projects.
- Must have strong technology background in Microsoft stack (.NET /SP/ SQL etc).

- Some exposure to latest cloud-based technologies will be an add on.
