0 - 1 year experience into IT Support, Application Support, L1 Infra Support, Tech Support profile working in US Shifts 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST. Certifications on Microsoft or Azure Admin will be an addon.
Roles & Responsibilities
Should have understanding of basic IT related technical skills like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
Completion of Bachelors degree in any IT or Computers stream with final certificates is a must.
Continues On the job training will be provided by internal tech specialists
Desired Skills & Experience
Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours.
Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
Basic application support knowledge.
Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts).
